Architectural Design Development Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in architectural design and the preparation of construction drawings for high-rise residential buildings, hospitals, urban housing projects, and industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and schedules.
- Work closely with design leaders, project managers, and relevant stakeholders; coordinate with other disciplines and participate in design supervision as required.
- Perform other professional tasks related to the role as assigned by company management.
REQUEST
- 1–2 years of experience in developing architectural drawings using CAD or Revit or high-potential fresh graduates
- Proficient in CAD and related software; experience with Revit is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; capable of working under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
INTEREST
- Competitive salary based on capability: VND 8–20 million, plus performance bonuses, public holiday and Tet bonuses, overtime pay, travel allowances, etc.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays (one working week – one off week), from 8:30–12:00 and 13:30–18:00.
- Working location: Richy Building, No. 5 Nguyen Xuan Nham Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
