The grand opening of Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City—one of Vincom’s largest shopping malls—has been celebrated with great excitement.
Congratulations to Goome’s Architecture, Structural, and MEP design teams for their outstanding contribution and close collaboration on this exceptionally large-scale and complex project.
The project features a total gross floor area of 160,000 m², comprising 3 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, integrating a wide range of functions. In addition to the modern shopping mall, the two basement levels accommodate a 1,600-seat theater, a 3,000-seat event hall, and a 1,500-seat banquet hall. The building is further distinguished by its impressive façade envelope and exterior lighting system.
Together with the Grand World landscape and the architectural landscapes of parks, swimming pools, and multiple low-rise residential precincts, Goome’s architects and engineers have contributed to creating a distinctive identity and shaping a cohesive, modern urban image—one of the most advanced developments in the capital region.
